"Of the three years I spent at LAHC, the latter two were by far the most enjoyable; the main reason was my involvement in Alpha Gamma Sigma (AGS). I met students who were driven, with whom I got the opportunity to built great friendships with. AGS provides the opportunity to become a leader on campus and in the Harbor Area community, a characteristic that is valued by both universities and employers."

"AGS provided the inclusion in a community of motivated students that had been missing from my academic pursuits. The members and advisors provided the support which allowed me to endeavor in community projects and volunteering while still focused on school. These things combined gave me a clear path into a great school. I'm thankful to AGS, the advisors, and the great friends I made there."
